The cat is slowly coming out, with both eyes
closed, to feel whether there are appreciable amount of takers among the
RPs & FPs , out of urgent necessity, dissociating with FNs which
are fighting for an all round improvement of all category of pensioners
in the fag end of their lives. To avoid upward revision of pension from
the date of retirement on every wage revision of employees and deny
payment of the entire rightful arrears payable there on. Instead, the
Govt. may well follow the barbaric practice of some erst while
uncivilized govts throwing aged citizens from the top of hills with a
pocket of food and water, all tied in a sack. It is high time for the
rulers to stop shedding crocodile tears for the rounded welfare of the
senior citizens and orphans and passing legislations not to be followed.
Time has come to ponder over this subject by
the entire community of pensioners of all the Public Sector Units &
Undrtakings ( Including RBI, Nationalized & Private Banks, LIC, GIC
and other Financial Institutions ) and find ways and means to fight for
our rightful demands UNITEDLY. The rulers give little importance to the
judgments pronounced in the courts. Representations of the elders take
shelter in the dust bins. Should we not rise as a single entity to show
their places ?
Kishoreji, kindly establish your contacts
with suitable leaders and try to bring home the urgency of the
situations through your powerful persuasive writings. You may not know
the power of your pen. Since you have rapport with eminent senior
leaders in similar organizations, we believe, you are the rightful,
suitable and interested gentleman to initiate. A common meeting of all
the leaders could pave the way.Mere lamenting by all will not yield
results.
