STRATEGIES:
1.Let
the Court Jam-packed at the time of hearing with local retirees atleast
so that Judges and Advocates give due attention to the case.
2.Instead
of knowing everything about Pension Fund, let say that there is no
transperancy in Pension Funds Management and Funds position of Banks,
highlighting recent PNB episode so that there may be an opportunity for
directions to take employee/retiree representatives on the Board of
Trustees to Pension Fund/s.
As
suggested earlier, highlight on burgeoning profits, dividends, reserves
of Banks since 2005 when the issue started and subit that the
differential DA from tapering to 100% in present case is miniscule
fraction of those figures.
No best wishes if not offensive as above for the casein favour of bank retirees.
