STRATEGIES:

1.Let the Court Jam-packed at the time of hearing with local retirees atleast so that Judges and Advocates give due attention to the case.

2.Instead of knowing everything about Pension Fund, let say that there is no transperancy in Pension Funds Management and Funds position of Banks, highlighting recent PNB episode so that there may be an opportunity for directions to take employee/retiree representatives on the Board of Trustees to Pension Fund/s.
As suggested earlier, highlight on burgeoning profits, dividends, reserves of Banks since 2005 when the issue started and subit that the differential DA from tapering to 100% in present case is miniscule fraction of those figures.
