The case came up and all most all petitioners advocate were present. We all know that cases were suddenly listed in supplementary list yesterday evening only. Mr. Singh explained the situation to court that earlier in cause list cases were not listed and it only yesterday evening in supplementary listed all cases deleting one case at no. 28. So all requested for next date at earliest. The court said 5th Feb. 2020 our advocate immediately requested for an date on NMD before winter vacations. The court finally fixed 5th Feb which is a non miscellaneous day.
We are sure n confident that on 5th Feb. the case will be taken up.
