SLP(C) 19799/2017 & 21206/2017

It is submitted that there are common three respondents in these matters. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Counsel for the Respondent  Nos. 2 and 3 has filed Counter affidavit  on behalf of Respondent No. 2 and the same have already been included in SLP paper books.  Rejoinder Affidavits as well as synopsis filed by counsel for the petitioners  have already been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) 21206/17, counsel for the petitioner has filed Additional Affidavit alongwith Application for Permission to file additional affidavit (I.A. No. 90990/22) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in both the matters.

SLP(C) 20929/2017

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed by counsel for  Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have already been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the petitioner has filed two separate rejoinder affidavits as well as synopsis and compilation and the same have already been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed Application for permission to file additional documents (Registered as I.A. No. 54179/22) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2.

SLP(C) 27963/2017

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed by counsel for the Respondent  No. 1 has already been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Rejoinder affidavit as well as synopsis of submissions filed by counsel for the petitioner have already been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has e-filed additional affidavit alongwith Annexures A-1 and A-2 without paying requisite court fee and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2.

SLP(C) 30000/2017

         It is submitted that initially there were 29 respondents in this matter. Counter Affidavit filed by counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has already been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Rejoinder Affidavit as well as synopsis filed on behalf of petitioner have already been included in the SLP paper books. Respondent Nos. 3 to 29 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.1.2018.

It is further submitted that Petitioner-in-Person has filed Application for detagging  the present SLP from the bunch of SLPs and deciding the same on its merits at an early date (Verified as I.A. No. 139468/2022) and the same has already been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has on 20.1.2023 filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2.

It is lastly submitted that Petitioner -in-person has been informed telephonically as well as by email regarding listing of matter on 20.2.2024.

SLP(C) 28873/2017

It is submitted that there are 12 respondents in this matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are common respondents in SLP(C) 19799/2017. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4  has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 and the same has already been included in SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 9, 11 and 12 though served through India Post track report. Respondent No. 10 has been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.1.2018 and amended cause title has already been included in SLP paper books. Counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavits with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same have already been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has e-filed additional affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that upon designation of Mr. Jay Salva, Adv for the petitioners as Sr. Advocate, notice for alternative arrangement was issued to all the 23 petitioners. Mr. Anurag, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 13, 15 to 23 and on behalf of Lr. of petitioner No. 1 without filing application for substitution to bring on record Lr of deceased petitioner No. 1. As per track report of India Post, notice has been delivered to Petitioner Nos. 2 and 1 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1.
