Supreme Court Hearing

Dear Friends,

Sri Saxena ji, our president had a talk with our advocate sri R K Singh ji 2 days back. The gist of the discussion is --

1. The SC has decided to start hearing physically from 15th March. 

2. Hybrid hearing will also be observed on certain conditions.

3. Infra structure in SC will be modified to accommodate the conditions.

4. Cases will be listed accordingly.

5. We have to consider the following::

             i. All the petitioners' advocates and their juniors will have to be accommodated.

            ii. The petitioners are the clients and hence they too will have to get the restricted number of passes.
