*HERCULEAN EFFORTS OF BMS & NOINO PAY OFF*
The long wait is over. Finally, the demand for One more option for Pension has been achieved. The note has been approved by our Finance Minister, Shri Arun Jaitleyji today after continuous follow up by *Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh(BMS), the largest Central Trade union in India, to which NOINO is affiliated.*
This achievement is a result of a relentless struggle & dogged efforts. We thank all the *employees* who stood by us like a rock & trusted us to achieve this demand. We also acknowledge the contribution of the Joint Front of 10 unions *(NOINO, BVKS, MNS, NOIW(BMS), LIFE, INTUC (Three unions Class 1, Class 3, Class 4), Class 3/4 Federation & RBKU)* which was instrumental in embarking upon an agitation in recent times. We thank LIC & GIC Management for their follow up efforts with the Ministry officials. We also thank *FM Shri Arun Jaitleyji, the Ministry officials & the Central Government* for taking this decision.
*However, the acknowledgement would not be complete without expressing gratitude to Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) which took Herculean efforts & maintained continuous pressure on the Ministry officials*.
Special mention should go to *Shri Vrijeshji Upadhyay,* All India GS, BMS *Shri B. Surendranji* Organising Secretary BMS & *Shri B K Sinha,* Secretary & In-charge-Insurance Sector, BMS who left no stone unturned to achieve this demand.

*INFORMATION SHARING SESSION ON 12th & 13th March, 2019*
LIC Management has called all Trade Unions in LIC for Information sharing session on *12th & 13th March, 2019.*
The Joint session with all Unions and separate Individual discussion with NOINO is also scheduled.
We believe that this is a result of the continuous & dogged efforts taken by NOINO at all levels along with its joint front partners that the management has felt it necessary to invite the trade unions for information sharing session. Results materialise due to consistent efforts, not due to one-off surreal facades.
*NOINO welcomes the positive step taken by LIC Management to resolve all long pending demands*
We assure you to put up the burning issues of the employees strongly before LIC Management.
