Last AGM of our Association  was held on 21.04.2019.
AGMs due in April  2020 as well as in April 2021 could not be held due to covid 19
Our Founder Secretary  Sh S N Chhabra  ji  vide his letter dated 12.03.2020 requested  our President  for being  relieved  from duties  of  Secretary in next AGM  on his personal  health  grounds .
Our Joint Secretary  Sh  R K Chopra  ji  was requested  by our Executive  Committee  to  perform  duties  of  Offg Secretary  till a new Secretary  is elected by  next AGM
However  , our Association  did a wonderful  job  with addition  of   one hundred  new Members  in our Association through  an Online Drive  during  Covid era of 2020 & 2021which clearly  proves that  Our Association  could convert Covid 19  crisis into a big opportunity 
However, our Association  suffered  a big setback  with unfortunate  deaths of our Nine Respected  Members including  Two Petitioners at  Chandigarh  High Court  besides   our Patron Sh C M Bhargava ji   on 27.09.2021 & Our Legal Team Incharge  Sardar Brij Jit Singh  ji  from Chandigarh  on 25.11.2021 (He retired  as Chief Legal Central Office  Mumbai ) Founder of our Association  late Sh M  L  Gandhi  ji filed A Writ  Petition  at Chandigarh  High  Court in 2010  with 31 Retd LIC  Class  One Officers  settled  at Tri City of Mohali   , Chandigarh  and  Panchkula for DA Parity  and  Pension  Updation. All of them were pre 01.08.1997 Retirees only .We feel sad to inform  you that 17 Petitioners  out of original  31 including late Sh M  L  Gandhi  ji have already  left  for  their  heavenly  abodes till this day  without  getting  any  justice  during  their  life  time  & as such our Association  is left with now only 14 surviving  Petitioners out of original  31
Our total Membership  base is currently  151 including  Two Retired Eds 
Our Executive  Committee  Meeting  held on 12.11.2021 decided  to  hold our AGM cum 11th Anniversary  Function  at lawns  of  Gymkhana  Club  3 Panchkula  on 19.12.2021
This AGM held on 19.12.2021  attended by 59 Members  including  eleven Lady Members was a grand success 
 Two minutes silent    prayers  in sweet memory  of Our Nine departed  Members  as well as  two very close Well Wishers of our Association namely Dr P S Pritam  ji & Sh N P  Bali  ji  was held
Our Senior  Most Member Sardar Manmohan  Singh  ji  was honoured  under Ninety  plus category  & another  Eight Members  entering Super Senior  Citizens  Club  of  Eighty  plus  were also  honoured  in this AGM
Sh S N Chhabra  ji  was also honoured  in this AGM for his outstanding  contribution  as Founder Secretary  from 12.12.2010 to 19.12.2021
Annual  Accounts for Two Financial  Years 2019-20 as well as 2020-21 were also  approved  by  this AGM
