OUR PENSION CASES IN SUPREME COURT - EARLY HEARING IS STILL A MIRAGE

Hard luck again. In the advance weekly list uploaded today, our cases do not find a place on 26th Feb.

The reason is, this time there is a change of Bench (the Brother Judge sitting with Justice Dipak Misra is different on 26th). As our matter was treated as 'part-heard' on 29.01.2015, it has to be heard by the same Bench next. Possibly the same bench will get constituted on 13.03.2015. 

In the meantime, our weary wait continues
