First coal block in MP is auctioned at Rs798 cr to Reliance.
It was earlier allocated by UPA for Rs50 Cr. This is called taking transparency in governance to the highest standards.
Revolutionary online auction of coal is one of the greatest achievement of Modi sarkar and you won't hear a word of this from our lousy media. The entire status of the ongoing coal auctions is live on the website and on twitter feed. And it is estimated to earn over a mind boggling 15 lakh crores, yes, 15 lakh crores, over 10 times what the CAG estimated in the Coalgate Scam!!
Notably center earns nothing from it as all revenues accrue to the concerned state. This is true federalism and I am proud to witness it happening live and open in India today.
Please spread this message far and wide.
