10th Bipartite Wage Settlement for Bank Employees – Pay and Arrears Calculator provided by AIBOA for Bank Officers
AIBOA (All India Bank Officers Association) has come
up with 10th Bipartite Wage Settlement New Pay and Arrears Calculator
for Bank Officers. AIBOA has provided an excel file for free download
which contains the calculation of likely New Pay and Arrears for all
Bank Officers when their pay and allowances are revised as per 10th
Bipartite Wage Settlement for Bank Employees. While negotiation in
respect of 15% increase in Pay and Allowances of Bank Employees has
already been completed, talks are going on between IBA and all bank
unions in respect of other service matters of Bank Employees.
In the meantime, it is reported by AIBOA in its
official website that 7th Joint Note for finalising 10th Bank Wage
Settlement is to be signed between Officers Organisations and IBA soon
and that they would upload the text of the same as soon as the joint
note between IBA and Bank Unions are signed. AIBOA has also proived
highlights of Pay and other details which have negotiated already and
agreement has been reached between IBA and Bank Unions

DA @0.10% per slab [ As on date 33.70% ]
Special allowance
Up to Scale III @ 7.75% + DA
Scale IV and V 10% + DA
Scale Vi and VII 11% + DA
HRA @ 7 8 9 %
CCA @ 600 and 870 > 3% and 4% subject to maximum
Mediccal Aid 8000 up to Scale III & 9050 above ScIII
Stagnation Increment one Additional Increment for Scale II III and IV
