No doubt the Patna HC Order echoes the views of the Jaipur,Chandigarh
& Delhi High Courts. But that judgment is still at the High Court
level and there is every possibility that the verdict will be appealed
against in the Supreme Court entailing more time to reach a finality.
But the three HC cases relating to our pension up gradation is already in the Supreme Court for adjudication on Civil Appeals. We do not need to cite the Bihar case judgment to strengthen our cases as our cases stand strong on their own footing. To that extent, our cases hold more promise if only they are handled by the case managers in a unified manner with fruitful consultations and common strategy.
Kind regards.
