Current Scenario L.I.C.Pensioners.

Dear Editor,              Exactly Three Years Ago This Day, I became a small  part of Big L.I.C.Pensioners Community and so many things or happenings in our day to day life happen just by default and not by any design. Same is my story also. My settling down at Panchkula City and getting associated with Panchkula AIRIEF Unit being  almost two years baby at that point of time has happened just by default only.             Let me give below my view of  Current Scenario before L.I.C. Pensioners on the basis of my limited knowledge and  exposure. Recent Anti Pensioners Developments and Threats.    After taking over of NDA-2  Govt on 26th May,2014 and frequent announcements of P.M.  to focus on his priority  " State must be Policy Driven" , We observe that New FM  along with his Gujrat Cadre IAS  heading as Secretary DFS  have recently decided not to allow Pension Up Gradation in Financial Sector including RBI, Banks and Insurance. All of us know that RBI Governor has been conveyed this decision very clearly when  A Very Bold R.B.I Governor took up case of RBI Pensioners with F.M.. Can we even think of similar initiative by our L.I.C Chairman ?         Next,  filing of Fresh SLPs by GOI  recently  against Jaipur High Verdict in Supreme Court is another evidence in this regard. It is another thing that lot of valuable time was lost in raising an argument before Justice Deepak Misra about maintainability of these SLPs which stand already admitted as on date.          And latest Evidence in this regard is Record Note signed between I.B.A  and All Unions for Banks Working Staff.            Now my humble Question is  whether all such recent Threats have brought any change in working style of our  L.I.C.Pensioners Leaders of Bhopal/ Jaipur based AIRIEF Camp or Chennai based  GNS Camp  taking up Current Legal Battle or even AIIPA Camp claiming to be a champion of Pensioners without any entry in legal battle               My answer is Simply Not. Reason  is that joint working front for legal battle or even otherwise is still A Mission Impossible despite very big and recent Threats.              May I request my experienced and highly learned friends contributing for your blog regularly to further enlighten me on this issue.
