Filing RTI Applications to get information from DFS re 100% neutralization of dearness relief
Referring to our telephonic talks twice last week, I forward herewith following three attachments provided to us by Shri J.P.Shah, a RTI and Consumer Activist Member of our Association residing at Junagadh (in Gujarat).
- A draft / specimen of RTI Application to be filed with Ministry of Finance / Government of India / Department of Financial Services for copies of any communication to them from the Indian Banks' Association or other entities
- Procedure for filing 'on line' RTI applications
- e-IPO Guide to be attached with 'on line' RTI applications
attachment (File No.23)
and provide it to the affiliates of AIBRF whom you advise to file RTI Applications for the purpose.
Second and third attachments
(File Nos.24 & 25)
are for perusal at your convenience and for future use.
Considering importance of the issues involved, I am forwarding copies of my this e-mail to all the Office Bearers / CC Members of AIBRF as well as to other regular recipients of our Association's e-mails.
From Rajkot, two RTI Applications

will be filed before the end of this week - one by me (as per attachment No.23) and another by Shri M.J.Kothari, General Secretary, Dena Bank Retired Employees' Association. Copies will be sent to you.
