Dear All,
In order to have an idea of the extent of aggravation caused by non removal of DR anomaly for pre-August 1997 retirees and non-upgradation of pension for all pre August 2007 retirees, I undertook a study of the increase in pension from 1/8/2007 to 1/2/2015 across the various periods of retirement in terms of absolute percentage increase and compounded annual percentage increase for various cadres of retirees from Assistant to Executive Director.
The magnitude of anomalies can easily be recognised.
The findings are attached.
