so also the case with pb &haryna in the case of delhi lic rtd class i officers assn is the respndents. 
so what is the state of left out pensioners. 
so airief should implead as a prty to legal battle by filing of slp then only the benefit will flow to all pensioners.so airief sould ponder and act fast.
