from the circular of noip,after their meeting with edp sh agarwal payment of 20%arrears would be related to dr relief to pre 1997 pensioners(gns will be happy)and payable to jaipur and p&b respondents.regarding delhi lic has to get clarification.regarding 100%dr relief and upgradation of pension to all, goi is in no mood to consider this demand.so by 18th june nothing will happen and we have to get clear cut verdict from sc in sep 2015
