Reply from Ministry of Finance regarding our application under
RTI
for communication from IBA in the matter of 100% neutralization of DA
As desired by you, we had filed an application with the Ministry of Finance for getting copies of written communications, if any, received by the Ministry from IBA. A copy of the said application was sent to you earlier. It is sent herewith again for your ready reference.
A copy of the evasive reply received from the Ministry is sent herewith. I am requesting Shri J.P.Shah, our RTI & Consumer Activist Member to prepare a draft of First Appeal and also to guide us further.
I request you also to advise us whether we are in a position to be more specific about the information required by us. If so, somebody from us may file another RTI application giving those more specific information
