All of us have read
reaction of Sh. KML Asthana about Chandigarh High Court Order dated 20.07.2015
uploaded on their website just today alongwith a reply from Sh. Murty in this
regard . Both are available on your blog.
In case our pleadings at Chandigarh
High Court on 20.07.2015 were wrong, what is going to be line of action by Sh.
Asthana at Jaipur High Court when application moved by LIC for release of 20%
is taken up there.
Let him tell us clearly for our
understanding the whole issue.
In case he also opposes same there then how we are wrong ?
And in case he does not oppose the
same , how it is going to benefit LIC Pensioners on the whole. Let him tell us
every thing very clearly with logics.
