Re: New EC 2015-17 for Panchkula AIRIEF Unit

LIC Class One Retired Officers Association Panchkula (Regd. 00604 / 2015) Circular 1/15-16   26.07.2015 As per notice dated 10.07.2015 issued by our Secretary,  general body meeting of Panchkula AIRIEF Unit was held today 26th July, 2015 at 11am in Seniors citizens Council Sector 15 Panchkula. It was attended by 21 members. Proceedings of meeting are as below. 1 Secretary report circulated in writing to all members in this meeting was adopted unanimously 2Accounts for  2014 - 15 as circulated to all members in meeting were approved unanimously 3.  Five Members whose birthday fall in current month were greeted. 4 Reporting of on going contempt case at chandigarh high court was done by our Secretary Sh.S.N.Chhabra 5 A condolence resolution was passed by the house mourning sad demise of beloved wife of Sh.N.Narayana General Secretary AIRIEF. 6.A few miscellaneous issues raised by our three members were discussed . 7.Sh.R C Sodhi retired ED and our patron was kind enough to act as Returning Officer for electing New EC for next two years term 2015 - 17. 8. Our house today approved unanimously continuation of old EC for next two years term means 2015-17 with one new addition of Sh.S.N.Gupta as Executive Member.
