Dear All,
Ultimately the real purpose of Supreme Court's order for payment of interim relief has not been served.
I fail to understand why LIC had to wait for refund by High Court when they could have as well paid the due amount first and applied for refund later. They seem to have deliberately taken undue advantage of the wordings of the SC order to delay the payment .
