Even if we succeed in LIC implementing the Board Resolution fully with 11.25% weightage there will still be inter-se disparity between pre-1-11-93 and post 1-11-93 pensioners. This may be because the pre-1-11-93 pensioners have not had the benefit of wage revision from 1-8-92...
A few examples::
The revised Basic Pension of one officer in ED cadre on 1-8-97 will be Rs.8585/- if retired before 1-11-93 and Rs.10363/- if after 1-11-93.
ADM if pre 1-11-93, the revised Pension will be Rs.7070/- and if post 1-11-93, Rs.7810/- .
Similarly, AAO's revised BP on 1-8-97 will be Rs.6429/- and Rs.6902/-.
