1)Our
sincere & serious efforts will continue as long as energy
lasts.Problems require solution.Solution needs understanding of
issues.Then comes talks or notes to Top Authorities.Then fup,ding dong,
what to do, nothing comes immediately or sooner
If
we come to know even for employees , arrears of wages, errors in
Programs were there, it is a sad story.Anyway that is all over. We
wish our employees well
2)Now,
it is learnt programme for 1/8/2012 & later Retirees has arrived at
ZO from CO.ZO is briskly busy in attending.ZO is communicating
instructions to SDM/Mgr OS
3)This will cover Wage arrears to them & Terminal benefits like Gratuity & PL Encashment
Later programme & instructions for fixation of pension will come
4)Yesterday Chief Per was on leave.Today SZOOS was able to confirm that programme for wage arrears is received
5)Earlier
few days back,when I was knocking at the doors of ZOOS many times ,in
the midst of my other heavy work,I came to know that 1/8/2012 Retirees
will be 33 for ZO & around an average of 50-60 1/8/2012 retirees
for SZ Divisions.Bigger DOs may have slightly larger number of such
retirees.So, in all, Total is likely to be around 650/700
6)Such
Retirees & Office Bearers & Activists are requested to followup
with SDM/Mgr OS Divisional Office & render whatever maximum help
& assistance can be given
Pensioners
have many issues to be resolved & it gives great pleasure to
AIRIEF/RIEAs to take up such matters,unmindful of work &
responsibility , to enhance Pensioners welfare & resolution of
current issues as speedily as possible
Those
who would like to pelt stones at others must know ours is not a glass
house,but we atleast assume responsibility.Let those so-called observers
& commentators assume leadership & run the show, manage the
Pensioners fedns
