I attach* the CO circular dated 12/2/2016 in full along with the Option
Form.I received it from Mr R K Sahni.
I tried to talk to ED(P) about the premium table so that the
pensioners may be aware of the additional premium payable before
exercising the option.
He was unable to talk to me as he was in a meeting.
I am sending a mail separately to ED(P) to immediately advise
Zones?Divisions about the preimium rates for 25 lks & 30 lks cover for
the various age groups & categories.
