Today Shri.Dilip Mapara, Secretary (NOIP) met Ms.Anjubala.P, Secretary (OS),CO to check the status of payment of wage arrears to retirees.The details are given here below. 1) No separate instructions are necessary for making payment to retirees. 2) There are some problems with the module and the matter is referred to SDC, Hyderabad and expect it to be sorted out shortly. 3) For effecting changes in Pension rules and pension arrears payment, Board approval is necessary and would be decided in the next Board meeting. Mr.Mapara also met Shri.Hemant Buch, Secretary, P&GS. It is learnt that they have referred the matter of GTIS to Actl (P&GS) and P&IR Dept and yet to receive response from them. As such wage arrears (except pension arrears) are likely to be paid to retirees within this month end. Ashok joshi |
