40% IR

Dear Shri Lakshmi Narayana Vuyyuru
It was only to be expected.LIC has picked only the 0.23% from para 3A but conveniently bypassed the SC direction of proper application of para 3A for pre-Aug 1997 retirees.

In a blatant and unscrupulous move,LIC has chosen not to recognize the fact that in the application of para 3A for pre-August 1997 retirees for payment of  40% IR has to necessarily involve pension revision on par with that  for post- Aug1997  retirees.

Let LIC face the consequences of such  legally contemptuous action in the Delhi HC/SC.

       I received message from pension dept that My a/c will be credited by 103231.  I retired June 94 on SDM scale. Sri Abburi VRao retired Feb96,on DM scale. He too got 103130.  I understand just now from Sri KBK

 that he got message with 154000. All myrterious and inexplicable.
