It's obvious that you have been on the ball in this matter, unmindful of physical discomforts, in the interest of ALL PENSIONERS and the email from Southern Zonal Office of LIC to you bears testimony to your determination to not allow grass grow under your feet and to your never-say-die spirit.
I for one know how frustrating, difficult and well-nigh impossible it is to get ' authorities ' to respond to requests.
Kudos to you and may the Almighty shower His choicest blessings on you for your selfless service to your fellow-pensioners!
