I talk to Top MGt many times at regular intervals to impress upon them
the pending problems & grievances of pensioners.I spoke to Chief Per
before my departure to Delhi to attend our AIRIEF OB/Legal Committee
Members on 2 May 2016
Then also, he assured me that they are so sorry for the delay & CO Circular will come very soon.
3)After
return ,I verified at SZO,CHENNAI.I WAS TOLD THEY ARE ALSO WANTING TO
GO THRO THE CIRCULAR & TAKE ACTION SWIFTLY.AO EVEN ADDED , HE FEELS
SORRY HE IS UNABLE TO HELP PENSIONERS for their genuine queries

forenoon, I tried & got the line, PA to Chief Per told me SRI
Prakash Chand is relieved & he has reported at Delhi for his new
assignment .When I enquired if any circular re post 1/8/2012 retirees
fixation of pension & CV arrears to be paid circular is issued, he
was not aware;I used to briefly tell PAs of our problems,so that they
realise how serious we are & how much we desire to help pensioners
in their hour of need
I asked him if Smt TSHindoyar has joined.He said yes, 2 May they reported as also new EDPer at CO.
I
again phoned SZO,they assured me they will ring me up immediately when
rececived, so sorry.They have recd only Module for Employees
Mediclaim.Even Module for Pensioners is not received.Of course,SZ as 1
deduction of 4 Mly is over. June 2016 onwards only deductions for
balance 8 inst will start
They are busy preparing year end & F16 to be issued for IT Purposes
4)We assure u we wont lag behind & it is so sad that LIC has not displayed empathy towards pensioners
5)Incidentally,
we request u to help & assist us with ur spontaneous Legal fund
donation for a just cause of Pension upgradation with every wage
revision As u are in Chennai, U can become our RIEA Chennai member too
gladly as u will get plethora of useful news from me regularly on
important matters of pensioners

retirement,Mobile no,I note ur email id, & a decent,liberal amount
as we are fighting for last 18 years ,an arduous journey ,now at final
