     A man parks his bicycle near a legislative assembly building and walks on...
     A police constable stops him and says: "Why did you park your bicycle here? Don't you know it's an area meant for the exclusive use of the Chief Minister, Members of the Legislative Assembly and party leaders and political bigwigs?"
     The man replied: "Don't worry, I have locked my bicycle."
