LIC moved the attached application
today before the Supreme Court. Coirt directed it to be listed for hearing
tomorrow.
I am informed that on mention being
made by Sri Tushar Mehta, ASG, today, Justice Misra enquired whether the IR was
paid as directed. ASG answered 'yes, it was' and the counsel for the
Petitioners said not correctly.
Since the matter is coming up in the
list tomorrow, we can expect some discussion tomorrow and a possible direction
to Delhi HC to decide the issue after hearing both sides.
CO-PETITIONERS PLEASE COOPERATE. THIS IS A VALUABLE
