Consensus on strategy to respond to LIC's counter affidavit to the various writ petitions.

Respected Sri. Kishoreji,
It is evident that this is the last crucial legal battle against the unjust and reasonable stand of our notorious twin opponents in denying our just, reasonable demands amply supported by legal bounds.
Even after ever-so-many failures in similar legal battles, they brutally follow the same old principles at the cost of policyholders' money.
You have exerted yourself to the point of exhaustion in forwarding all the needed materials together with your detailed evaluations to drive home your full-thoughts over the sinister ideologies of the bureaucracies during the hearings on 29th onwards.
By this time our Senior Advocate must have equipped himself with the minute details provided and kept himself comfortably ready to face and defeat the onslaughts with pin-point legal evidences to convince the court squarely.
Let us hope that his imagination and experience will play a vital role during the hearings.
United opposition against LIC and UOI, as expected by many, including Sri.CHM, will definitely yield the desired results.
But, we have our own doubts to what extent that appeal will inspire others at this last hour.
But we can not altogether set aside such an event. Miracles, at times, do occur miraculously at an unexpected hour.

With folded hands,

MPS
