Dear Friends Today The case was called but the Govt of India had not filed their rejoinder yet, though the DHC had given them more than adequate time. They needed extension of time. The judge did not relent. He directed them to approach the BENCH in Supreme court tomorrow and come back by 31st morning. They were also asked to file their rejoinder by 31st POSITIVELY. Hence the next date can be decided only on 31st August 2016. WE ARE PREPARED FOR argument in the case. Shri Asthana and AIRIEF are going together in a cohesive way.
