.Dear All,
1) EVERYWHERE, it is raining pension upgradation,Govt, State Govt, Railways, Defence, OROP, PSEnterprises, now BSNL, V,VI & Improved pension in vii pay commission
2)Should anybody put a brake on progress to reach the goal & avowed objective of ALL Groups of pensioners,to claim Twin benefits?
3)Union Cabinet approved the scheme to all india BSNL employees, ensuring parity in pension between Serving & the Retired staff to benefit 1.18 lakhs employees & retd staff,Telecom & IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad allowed Public Sector firm staff & retired prior to June 10,2013 entailing Ts 155 cr Yearly & about Rs 283 cr in arrears,
A concerted drive, a powerful, assertive arguments & submissions, charts & tables, striking Constitutional principles, Fundamental rights enshrined in Constn, emotional arguments of 15,500 pensioners having died, careful calculated repartees to LIC, UOI Sr counsel aim not to grant upgradation et all---all these & more will be needed from 29th AUGUST 2016
