Scene shifts to Supreme Court tomorrow.[Today]

Dear Mr Sahni, LIC served notices on all Petitioners that mention would be made at 10.30 AM tomorrow before the Supreme Court seeking extension of time beyond 31.08.2016. This is as per the directions issued by DHC today. I discussed the implications of the move with both Mr Saurav Agrawal and Jay Savla. They will attend the Court, watch the trend and take appropriate stand on extension request. One view is that LIC/UOI, may manage three months extension, citing and blaming Petitioners's contribution for the delay in disposal. I have just returned to Hyderabad.
