Dear All LIC Pensioners,
UOI and LIC requested for more time,Bench Expressed inability ,but asked to mention before SC Bench on 10.30 A.M.on 30 Aug. for extension in time to decide the case by HC.
Our advocate will oppose any extension at SC, either by LIC OR UOI OR Hydbad.Ass.
In the meantime UOI to submit its rejoinder in 2 days.
Advocate for Hyd. asked for discussion for 40% IR also to which court with some remarks declined.
Next date of hearing shall be known on 31st August,2016
