TODAY MAY BE JUST ONE MORE DAY IN DELHI HIGH COURT.

LATEST FROM DELHI              Dear Mr Sahni, I had a good meeting LAST evening with Shri Gaurav Banerji, Sr Advocate and Shri Saurav Agrawal Advocate, when we reviewed the status of our cases. At the end of the meeting we were clueless as to what is in store for us today. We from Hyderabad are ready to file our Rejoinder to LIC's Counter Affidavit but we decided to await the Affidavit which the Union of India was directed on 4 Aug to file in ten days. Two weeks are over. No trace. Today's proceedings would have a bearing on this development (lack of it). The Order on Chandigarh case being the lead matter was uploaded very late and the registry is yet to implement the directions. Hearing will be taken up in case No serial order - Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Hyderabad, AIIPA & AIRIEF. It is a sort of record, that nothing is due from LIC (except money to pensioners).
