Dear Mr Sahni, I am responding to two reports you received and published today. One by V P AIRIEF Chennai and the other by Mr Angurajan. On the first, Sri RBK's frustration and annoyance on the delay are fully justified. But I would urge him to analyze the real reasons for nothing useful happening today. He may analyze the role of each player before the Court, UOI, LIC, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Hyderabad, AIRIEF, and AIIPA. And decide who is responsible for the mess. He may keep in mind that DHC is most committed to close our case. It is our own co-petitioners who are the real real culprits. Elders should learn to call a spade a spade. About Mr Angurajan's report, he deserves all sympathy. He mentioned Hyderabad twice in his brief report. Not once the names of AIRIEF or Jaipur KML. Has his sojourn to Delhi, served any purpose?
