cnamdev: no other financial sector is having millions of customers like lic why it should be tagged with them. my suggestion is,we should request justice khanna to direct lic ,goi, irda to inform how much percentage of total premiums can be allocated to total employees' expenses so they can allocate for wages,pension and other fringe benefits. it is less than 2% for the last 7 years. in view of pension arrears let them fix 3%,4% or any thing.let lic negotiate with employees,pensioners to arrive a settlement.no question
