A report from Shri Bhatnagar
It is the wish of every pensioner that Delhi HC should be a little bit stiff from now on and see that UOI adheres to the directives of the judiciary within the time limit prescribed till the delivery of the final order. They are allowed to enjoy the leniency of the courts all these years and they should be shown the other bitter side of the judiciary. Let us hope that Delhi HC would rise up to the occasion. |
