Additional Affidavit filed by LIC in Delhi HC

Dear All, I attach the copy of the Additional Affidavit filed today by LIC at Delhi High Court. This affidavit is more or less the same with only a few cosmetic changes to the contents of the earlier one. The sum and substance of the affidavit is that policyholders will be deprived of their bonus by the miniscule percentage of increased pension outgo to the income of the Corporation to the pensioners which is far from the truth. What is required of the Counsel for the various petitioners is to identify what is relevant and what is not relevant in relation to our prayers before the DHC and file an appropriate rejoinder.
