COMMON CHARTER OF DEMANDS FOR 11TH BP SETTLEMETN BY WORKMAN UNIONS

Date: 19th February,'17 To All the regular recipients of our Association's e-mails, Friends, Charter of Demands for 10th BP Settlement Attached is a soft copy of the Joint Circular issued by five Workmen Unions of the Banking Industry in our Country, along with a summarized particulars of the Charter of Demands submitted by them to IBA. The circular is forwarded to us by Gujarat Bank Workers' Union. Following points of the Charter of Demands pertain to retired bank employees. 27.Improvement in pension scheme on the lines of Government scheme on rate of pension, periodical updation, family pension, same DA for pre 2002 Nov. retirees, etc. 28. Revision in Ex Gratia Pension for pre-1986 non SBI retirees. 29. Follow up of the issues covered by Record Note dated 25-5-2015 30. Extension of medical scheme and LFC to retirees as in the case of in service employees Ofcourse, let us hope that our demands will not be dropped while finalizing the 11th BP Settlement, as it was done while signing previous Bipartite Settlements.
