Yes,until after the hearing of our cases in the Delhi High Court is completed.Before that,let all the pensioners feel assured that the legal battle has taken a turn very advantageous to us.
The GNS Federation is represented in the Court by a very competent advocate.The Advocate engaged by the AIIPA has proved his worth already.Mr Nidesh Gupta is in the middle of his arguments. Besides the guidance provided to him by the learned M/s Kishore and Agnihotri,he has the added advantage of using the voluminous information collected by Mr Mahadevan and explained to him by MSM Sir.NG has a wide choice to pick the best.
