Dear Sir,
As a man of ordinary intelligence, what I understand from the on going battle in the court of Law is as under:
Does LIC not considers all the parameters of cost while considering pay revision of existing employees, and finally agrees to up ward revision?
Same is the case with the retired employees.
The main hitch is that the existing employees have bargaining power, whereas we the exhausted employees are lacking the same.
We have no option but to seek legal remedy.
