It is to clarify that a member from Chandigarh owing allegiance with Hyderabad is circulating that NGs arguments were for their association today. Let me clarify NG was inconclusive yesterday and did inform *the Bench that he will be standing for Hyderabad pensioners too*. It is ambitiously inferred by the learned friend that NG informed the bench otherwise. I was present in the court room today and when Insurance act regulation 17D came for discussion which sets benchmark %ages of expenses for soliciting business. This was in our affidavit too. Shri Saxena personally rose from his seat and walked up to NG and handed over to him the actual Prem procured by LIC under various heads, the permissible percent of expense, the surplus left notwithstanding what was actually spent and out of this what will be required to be given to pensioners.
