Today's hearing completed. LICs ED Actl asked to reply to valuation
related queries of bench though with few him ups and points of confusion
with back up feedback by their team.
NG stood up at 3.05pm and continuously spoke for 75 minutes citing several cases having bearing on our case. The bench patiently heard him and by gestures of bench looked the citation is material to our case. Finer details of Nakras case and it's applicability to our case was discussed at length and concurrence of bench was seen coming. However before NG would negate LIC's funds constraints, the bench stood up for the day to be continued tomorrow from 2.15 pm. More details will follow......
