Dear Sri Anil Kumar,
1)We find from Promotion & Transfer List of CO, you are posted as RMOS,SZO ,Chennai
We extend a very hearty welcome to U .
2)We
had very useful, productive & fruitful relations with earlier Sri
Rajivan Nair who is now promoted to ED cadre & posted as ED,CLIA,CO
Mumbai
We also had nice time with Sri Masil JeyaMohan RMOS who is transferred as RM PIR ,here in SZO Chennai.
Many
forward-looking steps to promote welfare & progress of Seniors
& pensioners, who have unique problems, were initiated ,FFPolicy
Group Mediclaim was stabilised, after 3 years, CO agreed for 12 Monthly
deductions from pension, as in the case of Employees, which hard
transition was brought about smoothly all over SZ & Divisions 13.
3)I
am RBKISHORE, ED (Retd)LIC I am VP, AIRIEF (All India Retd Insce
Employees Fedn) of all classes of employees & President, RIEA(Retd
Insce Employees Assn ),Chennai
We developed good liaison with all Officers & staff ,ZO OS.
Secretary, AS, 2 AOs are all thorough with the jobs they are dealing.
Mediclaim SZ TPA Vidal Health Services is reasonably efficient,
Laminated Card for Pensioner & Spouse , Family Floater Policy was
issued in 2/3 months time but still 1 or 2 Zones not issued by
respective TPAs.Surprising how some TPAs want aged pensioners to
download from their website .It is ridiculous, pensioners may not have
internet, PC etc, many may not know also the technical procedure. There
is lot of grumbling, delay, as Hospitals & TPA are not conducive to
Cashless Service & a good chunk is deducted from total expenses
categorised euphemistically as Non Medical apart from some other
expenses ,which whittles down the concept of cashless service, where
pensioner needs immediate assistance from TPA stationed in Hospital .
We gave detailed & comprehensive suggestions & so realistic
& valuable ,as last year 43 % increase in premium was there..This
year, premium chart is released by CO, with small 1.14 % reduction in
premium. We are eager to know if our worthy suggestions to remove lacuna,
changes in conditions, request from pensioners to reduce OSA,Optional
SA as premium was too high, 3 years are over, not agreeing still for 2nd
option to those who went out as they failed to pay premium before
31March,now luckily regular deduction is taking place & such
practical considerations must bring in empathy to pensioners . Policy
conditions for 2017-18 are yet to come.
We
shall plead with U to have face to face dialogue in our presence to
iron out difficulties.Later ,after ur taking charge,we hand over our
Suggestions to ED Per CO for their negotiations with New India sent much
earlier. Many Special Reports, as costs have gone up.old existing rates
they approve denying a big sum to Pensioners, who are the ultimate
sufferers.
4)Greetings , a very warm & hearty welcome
