My free and frank views.
In fact apart from the legal intricacies, the Associations have created problems for themselves because of different ideologies & egos. It was a blunder on the part of Hyderabad Assn. followed by AIRIEF & AIIPA to file Fresh Writs in DHC after SC Judgment dated 31.3.2016, and in return what pensioners got - DHC Judgment dated 27.4.2017 -Rejecting of our main demand of Revision of Pension.
No body is boldly ready to accept the blunder and taking corrective measures like forming a United Front or Confederation to carry on the legal fight unitedly and homogeneously. Instead a blame game had been going on and different courses of action like filing Review Petition in DHC etc. are seen. Common pensioners like you and me are helpless except to call spade a spade and suggest right course of action which sometimes is not liked by the leaders. Due to Fresh Writs crores of hard earned money of pensioners had gone the drains and now the Associations, under compulsion, have to remain in the field to file SLPs at extra costs, time and energies. Some are even facing funds shortage. Seriously in the current situation there is DIRE need of a UNITED and Homogeneous legal action by all the Petitioners Associations. Let's pray.
With best wishes and regards.
