BMS DELEGATION MEETING MOS AND FM AND ADDL SEC DOFS

DEAR SRI SAHNI JI                                                                                21-7-17

My attention has been drawn  to the  post by NOIP  . I  understand that the entire  thrust  was on
the  benefit of Another option  for Pension and  other  benefits  to in-service employees
The  issues of Pensioners  have been  mentioned as  a  passing  reference . Even before FM  the question
of  granting  pension  to 16000  employees  not opted for pension  was mentioned . If Mr Pawan kumarji  has
such a  close  relationship  why  BMS kept quiet  .
Why  the service conditions  of  in service employees  was clubbed  with  altogether entirely different
problems of  existing pensioners . This has given a wrong  signal and  wrong priority . Because  they are
more concerned  with the WAGE REVISION  FROM 1-8-2017 TO 31-7-2022
It is evident  that  THE ENTIRE  PROGRAMME   OF BMS  AND NOIP   IS A DRAMA

This  action  is going to  create more hurdles  for   existing  pensioners  .
The existing  pensioners  are not against   granting   benefits  to inservice employees. But  pensioners  need
not plead  on behalf of  in-service employees .
I understand there are 22 EDs  not opted for opted  but still in service . As EDs what is  their  role
Why they do not prevail on Chairman/MDs .
These are  my  simple  direct  initial  reactions   . Kindly   publish  in ur esteemed   blog
Thanking u
y./s
