The Role of the Courts is not to laugh at ,but to render justice,more so
when the NHRC upheld the pension as a Human Right ,Constitutional
Right,and Property Right.Can the Apex Court make a mockery of our Legal
Battle to allow the L.I.C/G.O.I combine to deny the pensioners their
lawful duesby flouting the pension Rules.Case Mnagers shall take it as
