Repeat Appeal for Contribution for Legal Fund

DEAR ALL,

In the absence of our late President,M Sreenivasa Murty,our Secretary  Mr E J P Prasad & Treasurer Mr Y V Subba Rao are in contact  with our counsel at Delhi for our filing the SLPs.

It has been conveyed by the counsel that before the SLPs are filed we need to engage a Senior Counsel  for first vetting the final draft and latter for appearing for the case.

This requires  funds for which  we are facing a severe crunch.

I therefore  once again appeal to all pensioners to  urgently and liberally contribute to our Legal Fund so that we may carry on our legal fight to its logical and successful conclusion.
