Advice to Students seeking admission in ITIs 

Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship has issued following advice to Students seeking admission in ITIs:

''It is brought to the notice of all concerned who wish to take admission in ITIs in the country for training under craftsman scheme, that to ascertain the quality of infrastructure and also the training imparted in ITIs, joint inspection teams from DGT/ state government, have inspected private ITIs in a few states. The inspection reports received from the teams are being scrutinized at DGT and action may be initiated as per the NCVT norms against those ITIs where discrepancies have been reported. Therefore, students have been advised to verify complete credentials of the institutes before taking admission."
